May 1st!

And here begins the start of the month!

I hope everyone has enjoyed the start of the novel (I shamefully haven’t had a chance to sit down and read yet, it’s been super crazy today for me typically!).

I just wanted to go over a few things that we can expect for the month of May, as I like to be super organised (for some things!)

Tomorrow we’ll start taking suggestions for next months book, so if there’s something you’re itching to read, make sure to drop it in the post tomorrow!

On the 18th I’m hoping to get the poll up for next month, so we can vote on the book we want to read. So, you’ll have a few weeks to get your suggestions in!

If you would like to post your discussion, please email me by the 30th of the Month and I’ll post them all on the 31st and we can all discuss our thoughts and findings on the book!

In the mean time, I’m going to be posting some general book-ish things that I find interesting, and they’ll be going up sporadically over the month, too.

Let’s have an exciting month, and happy reading!

This month we’re reading Alice Hoffman’s Practical Magic!

Vote For Our May Book!

Hello, and welcome to our first poll for our first book of the month!

Gathering suggestions did not go so well, but hopefully, people don’t mind the suggestions I have put forward myself.

This first book is exciting to me, and hopefully everyone feels just as excited as I do.

The poll should hopefully be at the bottom of the post! (I edited this section, as it was not appearing!)

For synopses of all the books, I will include the links to their Goodreads pages.

Reading Suggestions: May

Hello,

In order to gain suggestions for next months reading, please comment below what book you would like us to read!

The genre can be anything you want, ranging from whatever topic you would like us to read.

On the 20th of April, I will take the suggestions and run them into a poll so we can choose definitely what book we’ll reading for May.

Thank you for your participation!
